Dear friends and partners in mission,

I am now writing en route to Jimma, Ethiopia.  It is the last Gospel crusade in a series of 4 major Campaigns through Ethiopia this spring.   Due to the rainy season in Ethiopia we are now preparing for our next crusades in Tajun Bali on Sumatra Island, Indonesia.  Recently, I have been reflecting on the amazing miracle where we have given over 1,500,000 salvation books in response to the gospel message in Ethiopia, Kenya and Indonesia.  It is truly a miracle.

 We are in pursuit of our mission!  - One chance, for every person! 

This is the “assignment” Jesus left for us, “Go and preach the Gospel to every person.” It should be a birth right to hear the Gospel at least once in our life.  We hear discussions of human right violations around the world, but the fact that 2 billion people today live without this privilege and hundreds of tribes exists that have never even once had a single chance.  That should bother us! 

- One chance, for every person! Is a giant task, but still something we should believe for?

I was preaching in Seyu Crusade a few weeks ago and the Lord did an amazing miracle that challenged me.  An 11 year old boy that was born blind came to the meeting.  His eyes were milky white in appearance.  During one of the services Jesus came to this boy and his eyes was opened.  When he came to the platform to testify his eyes was still milky in appearance but he was able to see.  While he was testifying we witnessed how his vision improved and his eyes became more clear. 

Sometimes the spiritual vision that we receive is only understood in part, but in our journey of faith with Jesus it becomes more and more clear. When I saw the miracle of the boy, the Holy Spirit challenged me; to see the harvest as He sees it.  I then, cried out   “Open my eyes that I may see the harvest”!  Sometimes we miss what Jesus wants us to see.   It seems like the disciples did not see what Jesus wanted them to see in John chapter 4 when He spoke about seeing the harvest.

- One chance, for every person!  It is possible! Open my eyes Lord, became my prayer at that moment and I believe a miracle happened.
